What has happened to covenant love in our generation & the generation passed? Marriage is supposed to be the deepest & most binding covenant on the planet. True covenant love is expressed in selfless & giving lifestyale. Where has that gone? We live in a culture that desires intimacy without responsibility & pleasure without commitment. Unconditional love has slowly faded & conditional short term relationships have replaced family. We live in a fatherless generation with douche bags who are sperm donors & young ladies who can not seem to control themselves. & we wonder what is wrong with people these days… Enough of being negative. Regardless of my world view & how broken I see myself, friends, family, generation, peers, etc… I am hopeful. I believe so much can change. I believe we have yet to see a turn around, many many young people saying we have seen enough brokenness around us & we will fight for truth. We will fight for family. We will fight for covenant not just cohabiting.
